A league is not only the people holding the pads. It is the referee who opens a den on a Tuesday, whoever designed the badge, the person who talked a first-timer out of quitting after six straight losses.
Almost none of them will ever be drafted. You do not need to play, or be good at EA FC, or be a gamer at all.
Matchday Referee
Run a den on matchday: check the squad file, reveal the drawn pairings, record three sets, submit.

Designer
Club identities, matchday graphics, the draft show, and everything the league looks like.
Paid · Project by project · Remote or Nairobi
Mentor / Coach
Help a newer gamer get better — fundamentals, match preparation, and handling a bad run.

Welfare & Mental Health Support
Qualified support for competitors under pressure — available to anyone in the league, confidentially.
Paid · On call during the season · Nairobi or remote
Creator / Commentator
Cover matchdays, commentate the LAN, or make the thing people send each other.

Den Partner
Run a venue with consoles and host matchdays. Foot traffic every week of the season.

Something else
Statistician, translator, photographer, someone who just wants to help. Tell us.
Volunteer · Up to you
Roles marked work directly with competitors, some of whom are under 18. There is a vetting step before anybody starts — references and a conversation. It is not a formality.
